The global COVID-19 pandemic has affected the world in many different ways. In the life sciences industry, for example, we saw the postponement of many clinical trials, and when we turn our attentions to the stakeholder engagement and value communication space, many of our customers found themselves being refused entry into hospitals and doctors surgeries.

This led us to question how stakeholder engagement and value communication strategies are changing in response to the ever-changing global situation.
